Privacy policy

Echo-Answer (a Lab Rats product) records and transcribes every answer, with consent captured before any recording starts. We store audio, transcripts, consent records (time, IP address or caller ID), and account details. Senders control their data and can delete it. Optional proctoring runs face and gaze checks on the device; any snapshots or room-scan clips are shared only with the sender. Free accounts may see Google AdSense ads, which use cookies. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Contact: support@lab-rats.com.

Draft for the test prototype. Have it reviewed by counsel before launch.
